Due to the personal nature of our handcrafted products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll gladly send a replacement of the same product. To qualify, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide a photo of the issue.

We are unable to offer exchanges, and all sales are final.

Please Note:

Melted body butters do not qualify for a replacement. During warmer months, we strongly recommend tracking your order and bringing your package inside as soon as it's delivered. If your butter arrives melted, allow it to cool at room temperature or place it in the fridge for a few minutes. The swirl design may be lost, but the formula remains just as powerful and nourishing.
