Orders & Payment

Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspicious activity, product availability, or errors in pricing or product information.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping info before placing your order.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and personal-care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we’ll gladly send a replacement of the same item.
